Title: 38 Plymouth Pick-up Windows
Post by: 38plyguy on April 23, 2006, 05:22:36 PM
Greetings from New Mexico.? The driver and passenger door windows on my 38 plmouth pick-up are damaged and need to be replaced.? I've thought about getting glass cut to match the specifications but, since I am new to this, wasn't sure if that would work.? Are there other easier and more affordable solutions?

I took both my door windows out, took them to the local auto glass dealer to use as a pattern, he cut me new ones out of saftey glass, they fit just fine.
Hope this helps,
Bob

Do you have a crank hole cover on your 38 P/U?
I own a PT57 that is missing the crank hole cover.
Since I don't know what one looks like, it makes it very difficult for me to locate one.
Thanks for your help.
