What is a good spray adhesive to use when installing insulation to tlhe interior roof prior to installing the headliner?
I used the 3M spray adhesive, worked good enough to suit me

Hi Bob...Basically the spray adhesive is necessary just to keep the insulation up there long enough to install the headliner right? If the adhesive does let go (after a while) the headliner is there to keep the insulation in place...correct? I know every time I've pulled an old headliner out...the headliner and the insulation all come down at once...along with a bunch of other disgusting things like mice nests and droppings etc... :o

Bob, I installed the insulation with the spray adhesive close to five years on the ceiling of the Plymouth before I got brave enough to install the headliner, the insulation was just as "Stuck" five years later as it was the day I installed it. I have had the headliner in now for about three years, so we are talking now close to eight years that I glued the insulation on the roof, no complaints at this point :)
