I wonder what the second switch set up is on the left side of the steering wheel, I would imagine one is for signal lights, but the second one?????????

My guess would be flash to pass and highbeam selector, looks like the stomp switch has been removed.  Might be a euro requirement, as the had colume mounted headlamp switches quite early on. Don't see it in the picture of the carpeting.  Wonder what the folks in Salzburg think of the Schenectady AAA badge???  Wonder if the car spent any time in NY state?
