Title: Simple Pleasures of Life
Post by: RC Drown on December 04, 2010, 02:22:38 PM
This morning I stopped in to see a friend of mine who owns a 1953 Dodge dump to haul firewood with on his property, after I took these photos he let me drive it around the field.  Needless to say I had a big smile while doing so.  Up until today, I had never riden or driven a Pilot House Dodge.  I have always liked that body style, but you just never seen them all that often.

Just had to share,
Bob

That's when trucks were trucks, and all the drieshafts knew it....I owned a '46 Dodge 1/2 ton when I joined the Army in '65; I counted up and I've owned six vehicles that had MOPAR flathead sixes in them, and they were all fun to drive.
