any help appreciated.

Contact White Post Restorations, they will resleeve your old ones, or look in the Hemmings for other advertisers that resleeve and rebuild them. I have had very good luck with White Post. Cheaper in the long run, as the wheel cylinders are getting pricey and not to mention, hard to find
