Not worth 15K to me. Needs lots of work and money. Paint is bad. I guess it won't sell.

You're right, it didn't sell - got to $12,600 though.

Value is in the eye of the beholder but the car's apparently all there, all original (including paint), in good condition (except paint), and driveable.  Yeah, the paint's bad and the car would take lots of work and money to restore to show.  But I'd leave it as is, with the possible exception of cleaning/repainting rusty areas to stop further rusting.  That's what makes it a survivor - "it's only original once."
