The former turntable has been sold to a railroad museum (Darmstadt Kranichstein) and on its site they put a round reataurant tower. They coverd the radial tracks site with a foil roof, letting the light in. Very nice recycling for this beautiful building complex.
Greetings! Go
Go,
Have a good time today and take LOTS of photos to share with us. Light drizzle here right now with a 49 degree temp at a few minutes before 6am.
By the way........ have you given any thought to the suggestion of shairng your photos and outings in the Plymouth with the bulletin?
Again, have a good day and good time,
Bob
Saturday it was only 68 degrees F, sun rarely, so only ~50 cars came to the beautyful K? Alley. Later, a Gourmet rallye joined to double the number.
I carry 2 tables to display fotos and paraphernalia.
First shot shows the west lane of the K?, the Bank Row.
Across the K?-Graben (Ditch) You see the "nice side" with all the luxury shops.
On the bridge, some of the Gourmet tents. Next the Rover, a Shelby Mustang.
Sunday, a 50 mile travel to a family meet was Plymouth-less because of heavy rains.
Greetings! Go
Go,
