I got a pair of beautiful rear brake drums, but both are left. If it is only for the bolts, I would not be disturbed too much.
Any other incompatibility when using left drum on right side?

I'm not an expert either but seems the only difference would be WPC's penchant for rotational tightening. If you make up the studs in the correct fashion I would think it should be fine.

I had a 1963 Dodge D200 pickup truck that someone had swapped the drums from one side to the other. The only problem was that I nearly bust a gut trying to get the wheels off the first time. Took me a while before I got smart enough to look closely at the studs and see the "L" on the ones the opposite side of the vehicle than I was expecting. I swapped the drums back to the correct side when I needed to do a brake job, mostly so that I would not have to think about it if/when I needed to pull a wheel.
You could also take them to a machie shop and if dodge, have the old studs pressed out and new ones with standard right hand threads pressed in. For Plymouth they ould drill out the threads and press in new standard studs. Not a big or expensive job.
I guess this would fall under the "never say never" category. After reading the posts below, I was reminded of a well-used '59 Jeep I formerly owned.
I was attempting to remove the left rear wheel one day with a 4 way lug wrench. After nearly "busting a gut", I discovered that all but one of the lug nuts came loose by turning the wrench counter-clockwise, but on the last one, you had to turn it clockwise. I suppose a former owner had a broken wheel stud, and used what was handy for the repair.

The drum does not care right or left side! Just change studs with the old drum it is an easy job you can do yourself. Use a punch to knock the old studs out and a stack of washers a little larger than the stud and the lug nut backward (THE V OUT) tighten the well lubricated lug nut down pulling the replacement studs into place. I would drive it ten or twenty miles making turns and retorque the lug nuts to be on the safe side. When installing the replacement studs set the parking brake to keep it from turning while tightening.
