Well in case you noticed - we had a problem. I hope this is past now and we can get on with talking about our old Plymouths again.
Unfortunately - the entire old forum is gone! Yes, dear people, it is no more. But the good news is we get to start over. No matter what you may have seen over the past weekend - the old forum is not available. You will need to go through the entire making a new user and getting set up again. We are very sorry for that inconvience but there was no way we could avoid it.
Please join again soon and start posting!!
The new administrator.
Glad to see the forum back up and running.? ?Good luck.? ?Always looking for 1949-1950 Plymouth parts.
Good to have the POC site back
Bob
would it be possible to make the "new" comments go to the top of the list so one doesn't have to scroll thru all the topics each time? I could see a potential problem as the listings go to multiple pages
John,
I have changed one thing - now is this what you wanted? The newest rise to the top. You don't have to scroll down to read the old ones.
Comments anyone else?
Mark
I was thinking more in terms of the discussion board rather than the individuaal topics
John, I don't think that is possible. I spent an hour or so looking at the options. The one within the threads works fine. The main board is organized by activity - you post - it goes to the top - unless I make the post "Sticky" to keep it where eveyone can see it. The other way where only new post move to the top would cause very active threads to be pushed off the board main page even though they is a lot of activity.
As each individual user, you can choose to look at only the new topic when you first log-in. You can also have new ones emailed to you if you are really wanting to know if something is coming up.
