Are you having trouble with both DVDs or just one?  I had a few problems with one of them in the first batch.  The biggest problem is a slow computer takes a long time to catalog the disk for opening.  If you put it in the tray, close the door and wait about 30 seconds before you try to open any of the filre - that sometimes helps.  I copied all of the files to my hard drive for faster access too.

Both the DVD's exhibit the same features. After inserting the disc.(s)  into "D" drive, which is the DVD/CD R/CD RW drive, and open the drive, it is empty. There are no files appearing on either disk. MY thought is that both discs were sent blank.
When I try to open other discs on other CD's and DVD's they open and act just fine. Is it possible that my DVD drive is too old and not able to open a new DVD or something?
Thank You
Don

Don,

If you have a friend or someone who could try one in another computer - that would make sure it was a bad set of DVDs - I am sure you will get a replacement if they are bad but would be good to try them in a newer computer somewhere first - don't want another set to find out it is your computer.  You should be able to see the files even if you were not able to open them.  They would appear as files ending in .PDF.
