Title: North Carolina meet, any body from the Northeast planning to go

We are trying to make up our minds about making the trek.  Would be nice to travel with others for safety sake.  We would be taking US 11 south from the Syracuse, NY area.  would like to meet up with others that are going, from PA, through Va. via Rt 11.  Planning on driving the P 15.

I'm going, but I will be going from South Carolina.

Anyone camping or is everyone staying in a hotel?

A bit of usless information........

Rt 11 is the main road thru my hometown in the northeast corner of New York
