Title: Looking for 1966 Fury III Rear window Gasket
Post by: 1966Fury on August 03, 2007, 06:18:04 PM
I have been searching for this part for about two years now. No luck anywhere. Can someone please help me? This is getting crazy. Since I have not been able to locate many parts I have had to go a different direction in restoring the car.

Thanks once again for all of the help.

I have been told by many windshield installers that using the old rubber is the best way to go - clean it and re-use it.

Also, I believe that Gary Goers has the actual straight part of the gasket and you may be able to fill the corners with black butyl rubber. Check page 35 in his on-line catalog  here http://www.tomandgaryinc.com

If your gasket is missing, I would look for a good used gasket - Wildcat Auto in Oregon may be able to help you, they have a lot of mid 60's Mopars.
