Does anyone know if right front fenders for a 37 PT50 were ever made without a spare tire well?

"Note 1" on page 188 of the 1936-46 parts book says:
Quote
PT50, PT57 (less Well) use Part Nos. 585624 (Rt.) 585449 (Lt.) also specify 1 --** support with (Lt.) side.
PT50, PT57 (with Well) use Part Nos. 585440 (Rt.) 585541 (Lt.) also specify 1 -- 581546 Support with (Rt.) side.
PT50, PT57 (with Well) (18", 20" Wheels) use Part Nos. 585540 (Rt.) 585613 (Lt.).

The ** indication refers to a note at the bottom of the page: "No longer supplied". It would have been nice if they listed the part number for the support even if they no longer (as of publication date) sold the part.

I don't have a complete set of the 1929-39 Master parts book and don't see "commercial car" fenders in the section I have. No help there.

The part numbers in the range 585nnn surprised me as I associate that number range with cars prior to 1933. So I just looked at the numerical index in my 1928-33 Master Parts book. Turns out there are only a handful of parts in there in the 5nnnnn range. Only 17 parts in the entire book in the 500,000 to 599,999 range. I am guessing they had reserved that range for commercial vehicle part numbers.

But I digress, your question was if they offered fenders without wells and the answer is yes.

Thanks Tod for the info. Now all I need to do is find one without a well.
