2014 National Meet in Port Huron

Any truth to the rumor that the Port Huron meet has been pushed back to August???  One would think that that might be BREAKING NEWS and be featured here as something important to members and other enthusiasts.  But this information was broken on an unofficial Plymouth/Dodge Owners board first.   

Just looked at the most recent edition of the Plymouth Bulletin and I see that the dates are listed as August 20-24, 2014 with a "Note: New Dates" shown.

To those of you who are organizing this event.  Might you give some consideration to contacting the folks that are doing the Walter P Chrysler event in 2014.  That event was just announced to be in the Pontiac Auburn Hills area  July 8 through 12. They just came off a great event held in conjunction with the Desoto club at a shared venue in Minn.   It should be a no brainer to combine for a joint event on the same dates as they are already close in proximity and date.   O know it almost makes too much sense and that will prevent it from happening, but at least look into it!!!!
